Students First
Keep the student in control of a college journey that is personal to them.
THE STORY BEHIND KAIROS
I started Kairos with one goal: to make the college search feel a little less overwhelming and help students focus on the moments that matter.
WHY KAIROS EXISTS
For the past seven years, I've worked in higher education communications, and I've seen how much information students receive as they explore colleges. Campus visits, scholarships, deadlines, and application reminders all matter, but when they arrive in a steady stream, it's easy for the important things to get lost.
That's why I created Kairos. I wanted students to have an accessible way to cut through the noise, recognize the opportunities in front of them, and feel more confident about what comes next.
THE BIGGER PICTURE
As Kairos has grown, so has the idea behind it. Students rely on parents, counselors, and other trusted people throughout the college journey. I want Kairos to support those relationships, too, with a shared sense of progress, clearer next steps, and more room for meaningful conversations.
Keep the student in control of a college journey that is personal to them.
Help parents support decisions with more confidence and less uncertainty.
Make it easier for the adults guiding students to offer timely, meaningful support.
OUR APPROACH
Kairos isn't here to replace counselors, parents, or the relationships students already trust. It's here to make the information surrounding those relationships easier to manage, so people can focus on decisions and opportunities rather than inbox overload.
